Gelsenkirchen (Germany), Cusago (Italy), 3 February 2020 - NORRES Group (“NORRES”) has acquired the Italian hose manufacturer and distributor De Bernardi. Terms and conditions of the transaction are not disclosed. De Bernardi is an Italian hose manufacturer and distributor which is established in the market since 1970. The company is well-known for its competence and technology in flexible hoses, ventilation ducts, fabric ducts as well as flexible connectors. The acquisition of De Bernardi is in line with NORRES’ internationalisation strategy and significantly strengthens NORRES' market position in Italy.
